ResQvision started as a prototype for iOS‑to‑iOS local‑network communication and has evolved into a production system with Android and iOS apps (Fly & Link), and a web portal (WebLink). The server stack runs on Apache + PHP + MySQL + MediaMTX for RTMP ingest and HLS delivery.
Pilots use the Fly app to stream live video from DJI drones and push telemetry (GPS, heading, altitude, battery, and more) every second. Commanders view the streams locally via the Link apps, which support real‑time drawing, annotations, and flight commands, while team members at the operations center, press, and other authorized users can watch remotely via the WebLink portal.
All streams are recorded for VOD replay, and telemetry is synced to the video timeline for after‑action review.
